Steve is a calm, confident and personable professional who is a pleasure to work with. As a long-time resident of the Big Bear community he was able to provide guidance on the big issues like home location, neighbors and good contractors you can trust but also exceptional at giving thoughts on all the little things like how to get firewood delivered, how good the internet speeds are, what mountain biking is like near each house, etc.

His calm demeanor inspires trust and throughout a difficult purchase of a short-sale property he proved worthy of that trust at every step. Steve had well considered and accurate answers for all of our questions and was able to anticipate next steps and help us prepare for issues that might arise.
